There were 40,000 Pounds worth of bills printed in this incredibly early 1743/44 Rhode Island issue. This issue was passed for 20 year mortgage loans bearing 4% interest. The elaborately engraved from copper plates with British arms at the bottom and the Rhode Island state anchor seal at the center. Incredibly low survivability, of the 10,000 originally printed this is the only example known to exist today, 1/1. A true rarity worthy of any advanced collector.
