Very neat jumbo sized 1775 South Carolina note. These bills were printed on very thin, weak paper. This 20 Pound note features an emblem of clasped hands with the latin motto “FIDES PUBLICA” (Public trust). Lower grade but whole note with nice legibility, especially on the emblem. Beautiful printed reverse and 5 bold signatures.
