This $2 note features a neat emblem of a rooster encircled by the latin motto “ET SOLI ET MARTI” (For the Sun and for Mars). The reverse features ornamental borders along with “DEATH to Counterfeit”. Circulating examples such as this are far scarcer than remainders and demand a premium. Lovely AU example with clean paper and exceptional eye appeal.
