The $2 note features an emblem of a rooster encircled by the latin motto “ET SOLIET MARTI” (For the Sun and for Mars). The $3 note features an emblem of the Oracle encircled by the latin motto “FATA VIAM INVENIENT” (The fates will find a way). Lastly, the $4 note features an emblem of a ship encircled by the latin motto “THE ACTAEON. IRAM PRUDENTIA VINCIT” (The Actaeon. Wisdom overcomes anger). The back of these notes is ornamented with Hebrew and Greek letters, with “Death to Counterfeit” appearing twice on each note.
